Glacier Management is a great rental agency! When I was looking for an apartment, I turned in at least a half dozen applications at rental agencies, many of which required a fee to even turn in! Jennifer is the only one that returned my call promptly. She worked with my schedule to show me different rentals, and she also listened to what I was looking for in a place to live.The apartment I rented from her was the best place I have ever lived!  It was clean, cute and obviously well taken care of. Anytime I had a question or concern, I knew that I would be taken seriously. I was treated like a person and not just another form of money as I was at my previous residence. If I wasn't moving out of the area, I would still happily be renting through Glacier Management. I will rent from Glacier Management again when I return to Kalispell without a doubt. Every person looking for a clean, safe, affordable place to live needs to give Jennifer a call!

Jennifer Volkert with Glacier Management does a great job at managing our rental property. My wife and I have worked with a number of property managers in the past and have found Jennifer to be very diligent, honest and conscientious with the management of our rentals. She is careful in screening tenants, and takes action quickly when there are repairs or other issues that need to be addressed. My name is Eric Chacon and i lived in the Orchard Village apts for just a little over a year and i was very pleased with the management and the response for any of my needs while i was living there. Not only were the apts. clean and very well maintained, they were quiet and cared for in every way. The landscape was nice and well maintained and the response time for any needs was usually within a 24 hour period. Not only would I recomend this complex on appleway drive to anyone who is lookingI would also recomend the management company for anyone who is looking for a team that takes pride in what they do.
